Winter Classes
Winter is always a good time to spend in the studio, whether it is scraping paint off the walls or trying new methods from recent classes or just fooling around with mediums (and then scraping that off the floor and easel!).
At a life drawing class our model was a female bodybuilder, Loredana, who ranked 4th in the world. The definition in muscles, tendons and bones made shading fascinating. Later in the studio is where the experiment with paste mediums came in, not a success, yet.

8x8" Original Art at CityScape Community Art Space
This wildly popular show features Anonymous works by a variety of artists all painting on an 8inch by 8inch canvas (or board). These mini-masterpieces are all for sale at $100 each with the artist retaining 1/2 and 1/2 going to the community space so that they can put on even more exciting shows.
